What a matchup this is going to be as Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady meet for the second time this year in Super Bowl LV. The Chiefs dominated the Bucs in the first half of their Week 12 clash, most notably it was Tyreek Hill exploiting a weak secondary to the tune of 13 catches for 269 yards and three touchdowns. Will we see a repeat performance on Sunday night? Unlikely. But, this game should feature plenty of fireworks as both offenses ranked in the Top-10 for points per game and passing yards per game. The current total for this game sits at 56 points and I'm fully expecting these two teams to hit that number.

On the Chiefs side of the ball, they might face the most adversity heading into this game as they will be without stalwart left tackle Eric Fisher after he suffered and Achilles injury in the AFC Championship. On top of this, they will likely be without Mitchell Schwartz at right tackle as he's recovering from a back ailment. For me, this sets up as tough day for Mahomes being without both of his high caliber starting tackles and the combination of Jason Pierre-Paul, Shaq Barrett and Lavonte David could wreak havoc in the backfield.

For the Bucs, I'm wondering how much of a factor Brady will be in this game. Yes, the matchup and weapons around him sets this game up for a shootout (and I expect Brady to keep pace with Mahomes to some degree), but I think the Bucs could really lean on their ground game here. The Chiefs gave up 122.1 rushing yards per game during the regular season (20th in NFL) and the combination of Ronald Jones and Leonard Fournette could dominate in the trenches. The bold prediction I'm making is that this game will need overtime to decide a winner -- only once has this happened in the Super Bowl and it was Brady who came back from 28-3 to beat the Atlanta Falcons. Bucs, 33-27.
